Illustration Friday: Legendary

What could be more legendary than a good ol' Easter egg hunt? :) Kinda' stretching it here, but I haven't been participating in IF much lately...lots of stress going on. It seems after 17 years of marriage and 22 years together, I'm finding myself beginning the process of a divorce, very, very painful. My mind and all have been on other things rather than drawing cutesy bunnies and such. Sorry to be so personal, but since it's a fact and my relationship with my spouse has been my life, it's a BIG part of who I am. Just wanted to explain my absences.

Oh, Tracy, I'm so sorry to hear you've been going through such a difficult and painful time. I had noticed you weren't participating that much in IF, but I was hoping you were just busy at work or something like that.

Hang in there, Tracy. You have a lot of friends who admire your work and who only wish you the best.

Thanks for stopping by my Indiana Bones. ...and yes, I did have in mind the whip concept for the leash. kinda subtle...how nice of you to notice. :).
Your bunny is so sweet. I could see this as a wonderful Easter decoration! ..or a card. Love it!
I too was married for 18 years before my world came crashing down. Just take it a day at a time. Live for the moment, pray, volunteer and don't give up. After 10 years God has blessed me with a wonderful wife and a renewed enthusiasm for life. Hang in there Tracy.

Sorry to hear about your relationship difficulties - it's a kind of bereavement, and well done to you for putting in a presence at all, let alone such a delightful, fresh one! Here's wishing you all the best with your new life. It WILL get better.
