IF: Scale

This week's theme made me think of our upcoming trip in December to Hawaii (sans kiddoes). I really need to work out, lose some weight, yadda yadda yadda, but yummy food is sooooo tempting. And being a Kindergarten teacher, I'm TOTALLY exhausted by the end of the day. Food vs. Hawaii...Right now, I'm not the winner!

Tracy, this is so funny and boy does it touch home. Those nasty sweets call your name when your the most vulnerable.

I understand completely! When you are tired is when you are most vulnerable to temptation, because your body is craving some quick energy.

You know, why do you HAVE to lose weight? I believe in traditional Hawaiian culture, big=beautiful!
