My first thoughts were of zebras and their cool stripes, how they run together in their groups and confuse predators, but I've seen a few zebra postings on IF. Then I thought of taking the other route and drawing predators since their camouflage works in a different way; instead of using their protective coloring to hide, they use it to attack. Then I decided to go with something whimsy and here it is...a confused flamingo. Friday, June 22, 2007

Your illo is so cute! His confusion is endearing. =)
Great concept! My sister lives in Leominster, MA, where the lawn flamingos were conceived, made, and are no longer. It is a running prank in town for a resident to wake up to a lawn full of flamingos!
