I'm Married! :)

Our wedding day, June 23, 2012. Shanon and I were married last week in Bardstown, KY at The Chapeze House, a beautiful, old, historic house. We married outside at the gazebo. It was a private wedding with only my sister and brother-in-law as witnesses. We are so very happy to begin the next chapter of our lives! My new last name now is Sztanya which is Hungarian! I've been "Cundiff" for half of my life now, so it will be different to hear my Kindergartners and coworkers call me "Mrs. Sztanya!"

Illustration Friday: Hitched

Well, my sweet guy :) Shanon asked me to marry him a week ago tonight :) :) :) I am so excited! He is the most amazing person I've ever known. *Sigh* I'm so in love! :) We've both been as giddy as teens for the past several months. Anyway, I wanted to post this illustration I made because I feel that it represents the two of us accurately since we both feel that we complete the other...he's my missing puzzle piece, the one I've always wanted! We are so much alike I tease and say we're two peas in a pod. This is my IF entry for "Hitched"...

Illustration Friday: Swell

I had thought of a sting or an abrasion that was swollen and all...then I opened up this illo I completed a couple of weeks ago and thought "swell, like an ocean swell," and it fit :) 

Ah, it's the little things in life...

I've been knee deep in trying to get back into the swing of the school year. Summers are too short! We started Wednesday with a whole new bunch of Kindergartners! I've been whooped each night, falling asleep on the couch! Soooo tired...no time to draw or anything
